Never order from Stripeman.com

If you are looking to add striping accent to your boat, never order from Stripeman.com. I learned a lesson in how do-it-yourselfers don't matter with some companies. I placed an order last Thursday. The items stated "in-stock" on the webpage. Wouldn't you think that would mean it would ship soon, if not in a day or two. They didn't bother to look at the credit information until Monday and it didn't ship until Tuesday. What a bunch of crap! When I called them yesterday, the "Customer Service (actually non-service) rep was not helpful at all. She gave me lip service and told me she would send me the tracking number in an email. The reason she didn't respond is because they hadn't shipped it yet. Instead of being honest with me and offering some compensation, nope, she lied.

Don't order from them! They suck.

Call her boss and give him the what for. Stay on them till you get satisfaction.

I called and talked to some other guy. It seems that they are a small operation working out of some office in Florida. When I talked to the young lady yesterday, she said "we get hundreds of emails". Well, they need to hire more people and be more customer oriented.

I say, don't order from them.

I always get my graphics from this guy on ebay. Username is civicmugenpower, oh wait a second, that is me! Yeah I do custom designed boat graphics on ebay. Check out my feedback, everyone is extremely happy with the product and design. I am actually taking the summer off from ebay (fishing season) but if anybody from iboats need anything I would gladly help out because of all the help I have received from here. I wish I would have seen your post last week. I ordered all new lettering for my outboard. While the company I ordered it from delivered quick and all is well, I'd rather order from iboats or one of the users.

However, I do need some more lettering for the side of the boat. I'll look you up first when I get to that step.
