They just released the new 15hp etec outboard and i was wondering what some of the opinions of the motor were after i tell u some of the specs.The motor is based off the 25/30 etec block so i can't see it being a light motor what is the point off this?This makes no sense does it .A 15hp outboard around 150lbs thats crazy.The whole point is to loose the weight and have better power.I have been waiting a long time for a etec 15 but is it going to be worth it or just buy the 25 at the same weight,or just buy a 15hp 4stroke at 115lbs or a two stroke at around 80lbs.Well hope to hear some posts and tell me what u think.It's going on a new 15/42 tracker jon boat 190lbs so it's light thanks for opinions.
