I bought a new 15hp merc 4 stroke.when I bought it the dealer told me it doesn't really start peeing till it warms up.then I brought it home,it sat for cpl months I finally put it on the boat..it now has 1/10 of an hour on it and it wont pee at all..this cant be normal
