New boat first step? Stringers? w/pics

I just got a 1977 open fisherman, The hull and transom are great the floor is removed and half of the front stringers were bad, What is the first step for putting in the stingers? A beginner at this so any help would be apprieciated'

The first step? Convince yourself it won't take more than a month or two- tops..... and it won't take much money.... and you can do it on the cheap.... and you will surely not do a full resto....you allready have every tool needed....friends will help out when you need them most.....the weather and temperature will obey your every command....supplies will arrive in a timely matter and not after the weekend you have available-same with money for the project....there will be no "learning" curve.... not trying to scare you just a realization of facts-thats all....

two stringers should be enough. I would add a bulkhead (side to side wood) every four or so feet, though, just to be safe. You don't want to be doing this again any time soon

thats what I figured. Now do i rest the sole on the hull where it come to a point or should I make a brace and glass it into the front?
