New boat/new to boating

Hi all, found this site while researching info on a boat I did end up buying. In Iowa and new to boat ownership. Have lots of friends that boat locally. Just got a 1982 Cobalt 19' with 378 hours and 8 hours on a freshened motor. Hull and everything seems solid and I believe I am the third owner of this boat now. Any suggestions or tips on this boat would be appreciated! I also have a Harley so now my fiance' and I have to split our summer time between two toys!

winterize properly.thought i did ,took the boat out last spring on the mississippi launched about 3 minutes later dead in the water lifted the cover there was 50 gallons of chocolate milkshake forgot 2 block bolts water was in the block all winter .cost of not taking those bolts out 2500.00.
