New boat owner. 27' Sunrunner

Hey folks,<br />I have just purchased a 1988 27' Sunrunner Ultra w/ a volvo-penta engine. I don't know anything about this boat. It would be great if anyone could give me some info on this make. I know that the company went out in the early 1990. I am looking for an owner's manaul for the boat. I was also wondering if anyone knows any known problems with sunrunners that I should check out. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Al Kelley

Congrats on the purchase. I hope you took the time to have a marine technition check the boat over. This is to make sure that the maintenance was kept up by the previous owner(s). That is the way to make sure you have a good boat.<br /><br />Buy a engine / outdrive manual that covers your boat and read it to familurize yourself with the needs and reqiurements and proceedures of keeping your investment ship shape. Make sure the boat gets winterized before the tempurature drops below 32 F. or 0 celcius depending on your geographic location.
