New boat owner and forum member

Hello everybody i just purchased my first boat today Waaahoooo it is a 1979 bayliner _____.!!! <---- i am trying to figure out what model it is i know that it has a volvo penta aq120 b engine and it is a tri-hull but i have looked around for markings and there are none so i wonder. i found by the steering wheel that there is a model 1850 ct but google searches have brought up no information!!! SOO i guess i am going to figure out how to post pictures and one of you guys (or gals) can help me identify my boat. well any information will help cant wait to get her on the lake!!

Welcome to the Forum, You will find that there are not too many fans of Bayliner here. I have a 1985 Bayliner bowrider that is a constant work in progress. Someone with more knowledge than I will ID that boat for you sooner or later. I happen to like Bayliner's & when I move up to a newer, bigger boat it will be a Bayliner as well. Good luck with it, you will find a wealth of information here, Just do a search before asking a question because more than likely it has been asked before. Again, Welcome to the Forum.

I have the same boat! However I have only owned mine for a short time and am learning more everyday!

Looking at the rear from outside, molded into the fiberglass, on the right side just above the rubrail, should be numbers and letters. That's your hin#. Hull identification number. A starting point.
