New boat trailer

I have a Thundercraft 230 Magnum and looking at a trailer that will haul easily. I am looking at a 4000 lb capacity tandem trailer. Is that sufficient?

Barely.
I found boat weight of 215 Magnum, 23',(couldn't find 230 Magnum info)

total tow weight will be right at 4000.
I would err on the side of safety and durability, and look for a trailer with a bit more capacity.
