I finally got back on the forum and wanted to post I have found a 97 Wellcraft Excel 23 WA with a 97 200 Johnson Ocean Runner. The price is $5k, complete rig with fish finder and GPS. How does that sound?
I happened to see it at my bank and asked. The manager told my the original owner was a builder and had come down with Parkinsons and couldn't pay for the boat because he was unable to work. I offered to take it off their hands.
