New Carbs for 30hp?

I have a late 90's 30hp 3-cylinder 2-stroke oil injected yamaha. I was wondering if any carb upgrades can be done, (similar to a 15hp carb on a 9.9) to gain some more power. I did notice how small the barrels were when I was adjusting the idle and hoped a larger diameter carb from a larger HP motor would solve my little issue

Problem is I can get 25+mph out of it on the back of my 16ft lund with me and the dog with minimal gear, but when I get loaded with 4 guys, a dog and some gear I get around 16 with a tailwind.
