I just recently traded for a 1989 Chris Craft Caviler 17. Right now it is a project, I have two outdrives with the boat, the one that is mounted on the boat is a OMC as well as a Mercruiser. The engine does not run BUT it's a Mercruiser 3.0 140hp. I'm trying to figure is this boat came with the OMC or the Mercruiser from the factory as well as figure out what it will take to mate the engine to this outdrive (I know this is a question for the stern drive section). I'm also looking for a PDF of the brochure for this model. Also does anybody make cushions to go in place of the factory originals that are missing?
