My tinkering may have found something to pop up pontoons on top of the water. I just installed these cones 23" to 29" on the rear of the pontoons. Why, because I screwed up and did not pay more attention to distributing the weight properly.

After putting the now 38' ENJOY back in the water, I cautiously gave her some gas. The little 135 begin moving smoothly. I put it to the floor and the enjoy started moving pretty good and I felt a lift of the stern. I went back and look to see this mountain of wake behind me. I went the bow and the extended third was riding level. I thought the shape of the cone would create lift but nothing like this. What would this do for a normal pontoon? I don't know but I would guess it would take a nose dive without a extended 3rd. I think the extended 3rd helps the ride also and control.
