The only really important thing is to not run the engine at WOT for any period of time. The oil injection runs down to 100:1 at lower throttle settings. So in reality, your ok at slower speeds(premix 50:1 saved your a s s), it's the WOT to be worried about. If you have done this for ONLY for very brief periods, you're ok. BUT.....I would call Mercury Consumer Hot line and tell them the situation so that it is a matter of record with your serial number. Do a compression check of your own, this will not void the warranty. Take your motor to a different Mercury authorized dealer/service center to have any further work done. I went through a similar situation with my new Merc but a different problem and Merc fixed it 2 months out of warranty!!!!!!!!
