maybe a dumb question: but I noticed my spark plugs on my new leftover 1998 175 evinrude have been run,does the factory usualy fire up the engines before selling ? They arent black or anything like that but they do have a tint of root beer color to them so they were definately fired up.If factory does run engines does that mean the carbs had gas sitting in them all these years ? thank you
