STURTEVANT, Wis., – Club Evinrude is more than a dealer conference. It’s the kick off event to the future of the outboard marine industry. On Friday, June 13, at 7:30 p.m., BRP executives together with the Evinrude management, will change the way you look at the outboard engine industry.
“Our announcement at the Global Reveal on Friday, June 13[SUP]th[/SUP] is something you don’t want to miss,” said Chris Berg, director of marketing and strategic planning for Evinrude. “With this announcement comes a new era of outboards.”
Evinrude’s “Global Reveal” will take place at Evinrude’s Dealer Club in Milwaukee the weekend of June 13-15, 2014. In addition to being among the first in the world to attend the unveiling another game-changing BRP milestone, invited attendees can also test ride the new Evinrude product, as well as tour the Evinrude campus in Sturtevant, WI.

MSRP is $25,000...... lower unit is held on with 6 bolts and looks a lot like the Yamaha VZ unit, has a clear site tube so you can see if water in lower unit. Uses 6 starboard pistons as starboard bank dump down center of block like a 60 degree and port exits side of block and into side of midsection, The HO has the famous BRP seadoo rave valves that give it bottom end torque and top end. "Y" pipe is water cooled and also comes with power assist. Nto sure but may be electric shift! Motor is fly by wire and has no cables and takes about 45 minutes to rig. May have pics later.....

Was hoping for a re-release of the Johnson brand with new 4 strokes, oh well...... 5 years ago they knocked the heck out of "4 stroke" snowmobiles and now they make a bunch of them, hoping they do the same with the outboard division!

The digital dash is pretty sweet. I have seen a few rigs with these, and they are really ugly in my opinion. Seems to have some pretty decent science behind it, just missed on the design.
