I am installing a new 36 gallon Tempo below deck feul tank on a 19' '77 Penn Yan with a Evinrude '89 140 HP outboard. Connecting Fill hose to outside fill area as well as Vent hose to outside vent. Additionally line from feul withdrawl to outboard with a feul filter and bulb along the way. This seems to be the easy part. I understand the tank needs to be grounded, how do I acheive this? Any other suggestions to make install easier would be greatly appreciated.
