So I logged onto www.johnson.com and believe I read correctly that the models listed on their webpage are from 2006. Any truth to this? I honestly cannot say that I've seen many Johnson 4 strokes on the water. But I believe they are basically suzuki 4 strokes (which are all over the place on the water here) and if I can geta Johnson cheaper, that would be nice.

I knew Suzuki had made some 4 strokes for Johnson in like 2000-2002 in that span. But I would like to see a newer 115HP johnson.

Anyone have more details about newer Johnson 4 strokes?

I need a 115-135HP 4 stroke to repower with, and Im trying to price out motors.

Bombardier, has discontinued the Johnson line. they are putting their eggs in one basket, with the Evinrude Etech line.

BRP is still showing 4 strokes on their website in quite a few sizes.

Thats what I saw as well. Which confused me a little. But like I mentioned....they are from the model year 2006, which was a while back. Obviously they do not make them anymore.

But I'll be honest, I cant truly say that I have ever even seen one on a boat??? I'm just looking at all my options to afford a nice newer 115 4 stroke

Tash,

So thats it for Johnson outboards? Only the Evinrude ETEC is made? They don't even make new Johnson 2 strokes?
