New Johnson owner

Just bought a 1964 Starcraft 14' aluminum boat with a 18 HP Johnson Seahorse motor.
Can you tell me if the motor is 1964? Numbers are FD-14-B. Ser #2122644


IS the fuel/oil mix 50:1?

That's a 1960 18 hp you have there. 24:1, and no mistake about it.
