New LEDs in Cockpit! (pics!)

so the incandescent bulbs in the radar arch had to go. I replaced them with LEDs from superbrightleds.com (link to the exact bulbs below) for a perfect direct retrofit, and absolutely LOVE the results.


Before LEDS, two incandescent bulbs. Yellow, dim, hot, and inefficient:

I like it! I just added 22 new LED bulbs in my travel trailer and it makes a world of difference, looks like its day light at night. My boat will be getting the LED treatment too.

Looks nice. I ended up putting in the LED strips so I can change color. I noticed the bright white attracts bugs at night.
