I have a new Lund A-14 utility-v bottom boat on the way that will have Mercury power(15 HP Tohatsu built four stroke). It should arrive by spring
and I have retired,..as well as traded in,...the old Sea Nymph 14R. I prefer
these little utility-v bottoms as I visit smaller 120 to 250 acre lakes that these
little boats are just right for. I do visit larger reservoirs, too, but mainly go to the smaller lakes. Going to the larger reservoirs calls for a 15 HP motor, and
that is what the Lund A-14s are rated for anyway. With the 15 HP Merc being Tohatsu built,...and Tohatsu's reputation for highly reliable operation,..
I feel I can expect this Mercury to be far more reliable than past small two
stroke Mercs in same HP range. That, and the fact that I will no longer have to mix gas and oil. Add in Lund's reputation for high quality product,I can
expect it to last a long time since there is not much that can go wrong with
a little 14 ft. utility-v bottom. Being a single guy who fishes by himself 100% of the time, this little Lund is perfect for me and it's all the boat I need to
fish for bluegill,redear sunfish,and of course,...crappie!

That is a fantastic boat/ motor combination. That boat is a hard core work horse and will last forever. And you obviously did your research on the history of that outboard. It is a very reliable motor...

I love that new car smell....errr...boat....

Yes, please post pictures when you get her ready!
