Well, finally got my new Volvo upper engine mounts installed. Used the specs from Don S. to have the alignment tool made. To say the right parts worked well is an understatement. Cant wait to get the boat in the water tonight or tomorrow. I noticed in a post that Don said a 1.66 ratio was for a V-8. My boat was repowered with a Volvo SX-M outdrive with a 1.95 ratio. Does this seem correct to you guys? Engine is V-8 and supposed to make about 275 hp. Runs mint with a 14 1/4 X 23 prop at 4800 rpm. Top speed about 45 - 50 mph. Boat is 21' four winns. Just checking. I want everything to be correct when I am through.
