New Motor, Where to Start with the Prop?

So I'm in the process of deciding between 2 motors for my boat but am wondering what pitch prop I should consider putting on either.

Boat Specs: 16' Lund WC, 5'9" beam, weight of hull is about 325lbs, weight with people, gear, and motor is about 1000lbs.

Motor: The motor will either be a Yamaha or Mercury 25hp 4 stroke. Both motors have a gear ratio of about 2.08 and a WOT of 5000-6000RPM.

As of now, neither motor will come with a prop so I will have to pick a pitch. The diameter will be right about 10".

My overall goal is to have good even performance in getting out of the hole, top speed, and general boating.

Which prop pitch might be a good one to consider starting with?

Clark, you need to buy a 12" pitch prop.

Clark, you won't find that on the web, that is custom software I wrote for picking the right props for planing boats. If you will look at other posts on here you will see that it works very well.
