New owner; first of many questions

I recently retired and have purchased my first boat. A 1970 Starcraft Jupiter, an aluminum 16 footer. I do not yet have a tow vehicle. My question- Can anyone give me an estimate of my boat's weight? Thanks in advance.

About 700 plus motor, trailer, and gas/accessories.

Welcome to the forum. I found a 1972 model and it weighs about 700 pounds empty and without fuel. Here is a link to the info.

Wow, she looks beautiful.

Yes the brochure says 700#, which seems a bit high to me.
My 1965 16' Nassau is only 450.
