Re: New power pack not grounding
To test the powerpack itself, ground out the black/yellow wire from the powerpack to the powerhead. That should ground out the ignition immediately.
The kill circuit is: BLACK ground wire from powerhead to powerpack. BLACK/YELLOW wire from powerpack to one "M" terminal of ignition switch. BLACK wire from other "M" terminal of ignition switch to ground.
Check the continuity of the above circuit with an ohm meter.
