New Project 1995 17ft GRUMMAN with 90 Johnson

Well I find myself into another transom, deck and foam adventure once again...lol
I have been looking for a new project lately and got a good price on this one (I couldn't resist)

Now it's off to reading through all the threads to find some info on aluminum resto's.... as It's been mostly Fiberglas boats for me.

Well I have been reading all the threads I can find and there is tons of good info.
can anyone recommend a transom replacement on a similar boat project that I can review?

I plan to start digging in the boat in 3 weeks
I am ordering some supplies first to get going...

Wont necessarily be close in how your Grumman was built vs Starcraft, but its got the tin boat building info that'll help.

FYI: No pool noodles or packing peanuts for flotation foam!
