I found this on e-bay. It was damaged when a tree fell on it. I know how to fix the console. Not sure how to fix the side? Any ideas?

Nice boat.

Make a big c-clamp arrangement and try to bend it back..... then you can use PC 11 and use that as filler..... sand....fair....paint then FISH :D

Couple of 2x4's and couple of big c clamps and a rubber mallet and it should bed out.... at least it is not torn or wrinkled

Not nearly as bad as mine. A storage building caved in on it due to snow load. Replace the steering wheel, and go fishing. If you really can't stand to see the dent, disassembly is the only way. You won't be able to completely remove the dent on the top section due to metal stretch. Cutting out a piece from flat stock and painting to match will be a better finish. Good luck. Nice boat BTW.

Thanks guys, I think that is good advice. I need to straighten it out a little to get the compartment below to close. I'll try the c-clamps.

Next question, how does the steering come apart. (See photo) If i remove the "Nut" will the "gray thingy" come off? It is not coming off easy and i don't want to brake it. Or am i going about it all wrong?
