Re: NEW PROP

Roscoe you can use a hustler if you want. You have to get the correct thrust washer that fits.
There should be no problems with the thru hub exhast even if there is none.

I have the hustler on my 85 Force. I have not used it yet, still rebuilding, but Phill's Prop shop said it would work and it fits real well. He said a few customers wanted them and he fit them in his shop said they worked fine.

Thanks, didn't know that.

I was thinking that the gear housing was a different diameter.

Re: NEW PROP

The OMC prop, yes OMC, fits just fine and is 4.5" diameter just like the force prop.

Actually the hub is for the force and the houseing is for OMC bur fits the hub perfectly and the thrustwasher amkes it sit where it is supposed to on the shaft.

1 thing he did say is some older chrysler motors dont have enough length so the nut barely fits on by a few threads but you better ask him. Thats Phils prop shop.

I like the hub houseing thing it seems a better Idea than a single piece prop. and you can get a SS hub and Housing and an aluminum housing to go on for an extra prop.
