New Rubber bellows look weird ?? Bad ?

Hi guys I bought these bellows and they don't look normal to me, they look like there detereating ?? They said it's normal and it's a special inhibitor for microorganism so they don't eat away at the rubber ??? I think there lying to me.. Here is a pic

Rob your finger on the dull, bumpy spots and see if it comes off. It may be mold release that wasn't cleaned off.

Where did the bellows come from? Looks like maybe a bad batch..

Are they OEM or after market?

Man, if you even THINK there suspicious don't put them on.

For something like u joint bellows or shift cable boots go with OEM. I would only trust Mercury original parts for any item that may or may not cause my boat to sink.

There aftermarket but he sold thoaudands of them.. the replacement are the same , the look like something is growing on them lol there not dry or crackimg
but they look they have ringworm / rash lol
