Would like to know the year of my motor and fuel/oil ratio. Model #vwb19092b serial #c10888. Another problem I'm having is this past Saturday I wasout in the strait trolling for about three hours when my motor just quit. Hit the key to start it and got nothing. Changed batteries and still nothing. It seems like now there is no power from the switch to the starter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Any idea where any fuses are? I looked under the dash and the wires seem to all go to a terminal strip. Any wiring diagrams out there to get me started? Thanks

I think It may have battery ignition,I would look for a bad ground connection.
I think that would kill the ignition and cause it not to crank.
Positive side might too but ignition might work so it might not stall in the first place.

Check BOTH battery cables. Don't just look at them, take them off and clean them shiny bright. You have checked the battery---haven't you?

I've been out of town this week, when I get home I will check those connections. Your help has been great.

You guys are great. That was exactly the problem. I cleaned and retightened both connections and it fired right up. Now its idling rough. but at least it starts.
