Hello everyone, New to this site looking for info on a just purchased 1975 Starcraft Holiday 16. I just bought the boat, has been butchered up numerous times by many owners. I would like to bring it back to the original look but cannot find any pictures of what this boat should look like on the inside. Past owners converted it into a 2 seat swivel chair fishing machine with a seat up on the bow which I know is not how boat should look. Also deck is all carpeted. There is a nice original heavy textured vinyl covering on the brace that you rest your feet against below dashboard that was probably covering interior of entire boat til someone put carpet down, any ideas on where I can get that vinyl material? Boat also has a large plastic gas tank under the Bow directly behind foot brace, fill cap is on Bow deck which looks like it belongs there but I for some reason do not think this is where original gas tank was located it takes up too much room under Bow area. Are there any original specs out there that show how the original interior is suppose to look? Thanks in advance. Ken

Have you looked at the sticky..third down from the top of Starcraft Boats..."Starcraft Brochures"???
I see they have brochures of 1974 and 1976 on the first page..might get some ideas there...:D

I'm not signed into photobucket and I have no problems looking at other people's photos on photobucket...
It is not quite so easy for me to save pictures from photobucket..took me a few extra steps...but its doable

Re: New Starcraft Owner Question

Thanks Roscoe thats exactly what I am looking for. After doing some more research I found out that the gas tank should be in the stern of the boat and should have back to back lounge seats. This is a great site for all the Starcraft owners. Thanks again. Hopefully have the boat in the water in Sturgeon Bay this spring.:) If I can figure out how to post some pictures I will do that.

Sturgeon Bay? Wisconsin? Hey I'm just a short bird flight, boat float, across Green Bay near Oconto, long drive though. Welcome!
