new to boats

[bear the dog]

someone just gave me there used boat. need help on how to lower the back lower and pick pu the stern drive when i get it in the water. it has pottom on the front dont know how to work then. its a 79 v 6 engine on it .

what kind of drive are you talking about ?? It would be better if you posted it in that forum , merc, ect,
