new to the site, 1988 Wellcraft Gran Sport

Does anyone know where or if thier is a fuse or circut breaker for the windlass on a 1988 Wellcraft Gran Sport. It was factory installed from new. I have absolutly no power at it. I cannot find any fuse or breaker. Not sure if it is wired to the main panel or to the batteries. Can anyone help out

My windlass is powered from a switch next to the ignition switches for the main engines. this must be turned on before the windlass will operate with the step on push button at the bow. I own a 1989 Gran Sport for about 13 years now. I am looking for the push button light switches for the nav lights etc., I have 2 now that are broken, and need replacements.
