I have found much info here and hope you can point me in the right direction. My husband and I are finally the new owners of a 1995 Monterey 256. It runs great and our mechanic said it's in great running condition.
The problem is the previous owner never really took care of the exterior or interior. It was not run much and is need of lots of TLC. My husband has the outside covered for restoring the hull to what it should be. The inside did get moisture from water running in the stair and now there is some mold inside. They appear to be all surface and I will be recovering/replacing all cushions and fabric.
However there are few spots on the walls. Any idea on what to use on them? I was thinking of starting with Oxi-clean as I don't want to bleach them and have them discolor.
Sorry this is so long. We are very excited with this purchase, but it is a huge step up from our 181 Stingray.
