I purchased a Palm Beach pontoon and wanted to replace the decals on the sides this year 1993 had a palm tree and a sun I think also is their any thing out to repair cracked seats?

No way to repair cracked vinyl. You can recover them fairly easy with a cheap used sewing machine off craigslist and some Marine vinyl from ebay. I did and they came out very well.
