new trailer set up

We had to buy a new trailer ( magic tilt ) due to the old one rusted out and split at the draw bar and twisted the side rail
1. where do I put my bunks as the old trailer had flat bunks and this one has upright ones
2. it looks strange to me to see the bunks stick out over the back of the frame when the engine is out there
3. how the heck do I just me as my son is not able to help me due to medical isuses get the boat from one to the other has I cant move the trailer more than 10 foot out of the shop
any help will be taken on board
boat is a glasstream (91) 180se bow rider

You might have to do a bit of trial and error to adjust the bunks to your liking.

The bunks normally extend a few feet beyond the rear cross bar . . . did you get the proper size trailer for your boat?
