New(used) Honda BF 225-general 4 stroke inspection

Other than changing the oil in the crank and lower unit, and checking the plugs, any other ideas on things to look for in this particular engine before i take it out for a spin?

I am used to 2 strokes, and even there, i had a marginal idea of what i was doing
