Hello all. I fixed all problems and followed the recommended posts for my manifolds and risers. I attempted to post the pictures of my manifold and riser for review but it says the file is too large. Anyway after repairing everything I found a new water leak. Water appears to be leaking in the area of the plug/cap on the back end of the exhaust manifold. Is this a common problem? I am going to removed the rubber cap tomorrow and replace it with a new one as this one is definitely aged. Also if anyone knows how i can post my pictures for review please let me know.

Sorry, I have a 1993 OMC Cobra 5.8.

Use a graphic program to reduce the size of your pictures.
L-view, graphics workshop pro, are a few that have unlimited trials.

It wouldn't surprise me that the rear caps would begin to leak now that you have the debri cleared out of the manifold, you may have a hard time locating those rubber caps.

......Be nice now!:D....I'll take that as a compliment!!;) It's all I have running here......I'm FREE.....as in MS free.... http://www.linux.org/

The easiest way for you to post your pictures is to establish yourself a (free)Photobucket account. upload the pictures there and then you simply post the links to the pictures in this or other forums.

most forums don't want to host the actual files because they want to limit the size of their storeage (hard drives etc...)

I'll work on the picture downloading part so I can show everyone what I was working with. So it's normal for the caps to start to leak now? I can't really understand why. Also the cap is only a 1" rubber cap which I believe is the same cap used on the manifolds of a Volvo Penta engine correct?
