Hello, I hope im in the right forum. Just chiming in. Im new to boating and Im currently looking into buying my first boat. Probally gonna be a bow rider 17-18' or so. This seems like a great board, I hope to learn plenty!

Welcome Jixxxer: this is an excellent site and if you read posts often you will learn a lot in a very short time. You say "Probally gonna be a bow rider" what is your interest on the water? Fishing, tubing, party cove? That will help narrow it down to what type of boat you may want to consider.<br />good luck!

Welcome. Do yourself a big favor and buy yourself a copy of "getting started in Power Boating" by Bob Armstrong before you buy a boat. The first few chapters explain all the boat types and will help you decide which is right for you. The later chapters will teach you all the fundamentals.
