Hi everyone, been lurking for a few weeks. Iboats.com has to be one of the most informative sites on boating. I currently have a 16ft jon with a 25hp merc. Looking forward to sharing info and stories here. This is my first boating community and I know I'll learn more than I'll ever be able to contribute.

I was just out goofing around in that avatar, small lake here in SC. Took my wife out and stopped to throw a spinnerbait for a second. Great little lake with a 30hp max. I reckon i'll post some more pics.

Your right too, it didn't take me but a few visits to see what a good informed community this is.

Tashasdaddy, your transom elevator was one of the first post I read here and was exactly what I was researching.
