Was surfing over in the iboats motors, props, and things and ran across a "Rite Prop Exchange" program.
Couple of conditions: Solas props only (no biggie), V6 Mercs, and no damage. If your first guess is wrong send it back with a $10 bill plus round trip postage and you can guess again......just don't damage it. Can guess as many times as it takes paying the above each time.
Damage is a no-brainer. If you are in a test mode, I'm sure you can gingerly ease your boat (have a buddy tow it, grin) out to open water and perform your testing in short order. You'll know immediately if not sooner that you hit or missed.
If you missed, gingerly ease back to the dock and put the boat on the trailer and take it home and wait for your second guess.
Can't beat a deal like that.
