Next step for troubleshooting trim

I have power to the trim/tilt harness. The connectrions are good at the motor. When I push to trim up one of the boxes at the bacl of the motor clicks. When I push the trim down the other one clicks. Nothing else happens. The trim was working fine 2 days ago. Any suggestions where to start trying to troubleshoot the problem?
