Nissan 15hp Tiller Handle?

Hi Everyone...I recently bought a lowe jon boat with a 1993 Nissan 15hp model (NS15B2). The people had it rigged to a steering wheel and remote throttle control. The guy didn't save the tiller handle, and i've since ripped out the crappy center console and i'm looking to get a new tiller handle.

Does anyone know where I can find of these cheap? Also, somebody told me that mercury/other makes may fit. Does this sound right?

Nissan is built by Tohatsu, so those would interchange.

yeah I noticed they kinda shared a parts website. I didn't realize they were one in the same. I ended up buying a mercury one off eBay for $20...so if I have to modify it and screw it up I won't be out too much $$.

Not sure exactly how it's supposed to be setup though. Is there anyone here with the same motor or setup that could send me
a pic of where the handle attaches?

You can look at the parts catalog for good exploded diagrams at http://www.internetoutboards.com/PartsCatalogMenu.htm

There are a few parts in addition to the handle... hopefully those are still on your motor.
