nissan 9.8 upgrade

I have a Nissan 9.8 that just does not have enough punch to get us up to plane when loaded with our dive gear. Now I hear that there is a really simple way to boost that motor's output to about 15HP. Can you tell me what that method is?

Not possible. If the motor was a 9.9, the throttle cam is all that is different,costs about 6 bucks. The 9.8, however, is a totally different engine, and you wont get a whole lot more out of it<br /><br />Regards, Paul
