NISSAN FIRING PROBLEMS

I have a Nissan NS40C. 1986 40hp serial # 361A-166655. This motor has an electric start. My problem is that the motor does not fire on neither cyclinder. This motor has the coils built into the power pack so I cannot check the coils. I have three wires coming from the stator to the power pack, a red, black and blue. Can someone help me in checking the stator at these wire connections.Thank You

If you haven't already,I'd suggest pulling the flywheel .Might just need to clean up the magnets and coils.
