NMEA to my Garmin Oregon USB

I have a Lowrance LVR-250 VHF it has a NMEA adapter with some bare wires coming out of it. I want to connect it to my Garmin Oregon's NMEA compatible USB interface does anyone know how to do this? I?m guessing there is a NMEA to USB wiring harness but I can?t find one on the internet.

Go to Garmin's web page. They sell several different types of cables for adapting to fishfinders, chartplotters etc.
