Sure. In 99.9% of the cases that is because it is only running on one cylinder. Cure depends on the cause. Check the compression first. Then check the spark (and spark plugs).
On that engine, it's almost certainly just firing on one cylinder. Pull plug wires one at a time, then restart. The one that won't let it restart is the bad one.
Ignition stuff is available for those Force-based engines.
pulled the plugs on wires one at a time and started up fine on both. Just seems to chug along. Seems like the throttle isn't advancing enough(gas) but I really don't know, I'm just guessing. What next?
