No castle nut cotter pin.

2012 Yamaha 4 stroke 115hp. I don't have a cotter pin on my prop nut but i do have a prop nut locktab washer. Anyone know where I can get another washer like this? Did Yamaha drill a hole in the shaft for a cotter pin on all of their engines or just some?
