Well you can rule out the trigger as 1 & 3 are a pair and 2 & 4 are a pair. You can swap a green lead from a firing coil to a none firing position on switchbox to see if coil/s has failed. Switchbox is highly suspect for your problem with grounds on ignition plate or coil mounting that may have blown it....
