Not for sure if I posted this in the right place. Heres my question, I can not get fuel from the fuel tank to the bulb, the bulb will not suck up any fuel. I have a 1998 1850 Crestliner with a 150 hp Johnson. Any and all answers greatly appreciated.

Re: No Fuel from tank to bulb

The squeeze bulbs are cheaply built and go bad at times.

Bad Bulb?

First hold the bulb in the vertical position with the arrow pointing up, they work better this way.

Next check to see if the anti siphon valve at the tank is stuck.

The pick up tube in the tank can also get plugged with gunk.

Sometimes the fuel lines get pinched too.

Air leak?

After squeezing several times and if the bulb doesn't get hard, then it's not filling up. Best to just buy another bulb and replace.
