I have a 60hp 1990 Mariner that the #3 cylinder is not getting any fuel. The plug is completely dry after running the other two are clearly getting fuel.
The reeds have been checked, compression is 125 across all cylinders, the carbs rebuilt (didn't think it would help but did it anyway) new plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel lines have all been replaced. I think I have a bad seal on the power head. How would I go about checking this? From what I read I will need to pull the power head is there another way or any one out there have this problem before?
